Prof. Dr. Florian Beuer MME
Berlin, Germany
Prof. Florian Beuer is currently the Director of the Department of Prosthodontics, Gerontology and Functional Dentistry at Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, a position he has held since 2015. He is also the President of the German Society of Implantology (DGI) since November 2021. After studying dentistry at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich and earning his doctorate in 2002, Prof. Florian Beuer completed his habilitation in 2009. From 2002 and until 2015, Prof. Florian Beuer worked as a research associate, senior physician, and head senior physician at the Polyclinic for Dental Prosthetics at LMU. He was awarded the Sponsorship Award of the Bavarian Dental Association in 2007, the Robert Frank Award of the International Association for Dental Research in 2009, and the Research Award of the Camlog Foundation in 2012/2013.
Dr. Walter Döring

Dr. Walter Döring is Managing Partner of the Academy of German World Market Leaders. He was Deputy Minister President and Minister of Economics of the State of Baden-Württemberg for eight years and Deputy Federal Chairman of the FDP. His professional career has taken Dr. Döring through various positions at state and federal political level to the supervisory boards of numerous companies and foundations. He is also still a lecturer at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart. Since 2012, Dr. Walter Döring has been President of the Bundesverband Deutscher Mittelstand e.V. and the European Business Forum e.V.
Prof. Dr. Shahram Ghanaati

Prof. Shahram Ghanaati is currently Deputy Director and Head Senior Physician at Frankfurt University Hospital, as well as Head of the FORM Lab and Head of the Head and Neck Tumor Center. The president of SBCB holds a triple doctorate in medicine, dentistry and natural sciences (MD, DMD, PhD) from the German universities Johannes Gutenberg University, Mainz and Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt. Prof. Shahram Ghanaati has given more than 80 lectures at national and international congresses and has given more than 40 courses and workshops on GTR & GBR in implant dentistry as well as regenerative concepts and blood concentrates.
Prof. Dr. Peter Fairbairn

Prof. Peter Fairbairn is a global expert on bone regeneration, with extensive published research in materials and surgical protocols for bone repair without the use of donor animal and human products. These breakthroughs have not only enabled the patients to have their own host healing for the restoration of the bone needed for dental implants but have also provided patients with a more ethical alternative. He has been working on the protocols and developing new materials for the last 16 years, and is now invited globally to speak on the topic at conferences and universities in over 30 countries. In addition to holding the position of Director of Education of the ADI (UK), Prof. Peter Fairbairn is a past president of the London Dental Fellowship.

Wiedemann, MD, DDS, PhD, Clinical Assistant Professor is currently a full-time faculty member and Associate Director for Advanced Programs in Oral Surgery/Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland at New York University (NYU), College of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Prof. Thomas Wiedemann is an expert in modern concepts of alveolar ridge augmentation and reconstruction (including intraoral and extraoral autogenous bone grafts), maxillary sinus grafting surgery, bone and tissue regeneration, and CBCT and piezo surgery.

Dr. Georgios Romanos is Professor of Periodontology at Stony Brook University, School of Dental Medicine and Professor of Oral Surgery and Implantology in Frankfurt, Germany. He completed his extensive specialized training in periodontology, prosthodontics and oral surgery in various institutions in Germany and New York. He has a Specialized Certificate in Oral Surgery and Implantology in Germany, a Certificate in Periodontology and AEGD (Univ. of Rochester). He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and the Int. College of Oral Implantology (ICOI), a former Professor and Director of Laser Sciences at NYU College of Dentistry and a a former Professor of Clinical Dentistry at the Univ. of Rochester, NY. He is licensed to practice dentistry in NY State and in Europe.

Prof. Dr. Wael Att

Dr. Att is a professor and Chair of the Department of Prosthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He is also a professor of prosthodontics at the School of Dentistry, University of Freiburg, Germany. Dr. Att obtained his DDS degree in 1997 form Tishreen University and received the Dr Med Dent (2003) and PhD (2010) degrees as well as the title of extraordinary professor (2013) from the University of Freiburg. He was a visiting assistant professor from 2005 to 2007 at the Weintraub Center for Reconstructive Biotechnology, UCLA School of Dentistry and the Director of Postgraduate Program in Prosthodontics in Freiburg from 2007 to 2017. A widely published and internationally respected clinician and lecturer, Dr. Att’s main focus within teaching, research and clinical practice is esthetic and implant dentistry.
Prof. Dr. Tomas Albrektsson

Prof. Tomas Albrektsson joined Per Ingvar Brånemark‘s team in 1967 and has since been involved in applied osseointegration research for oral, craniofacial and orthopedic implants. He received his PhD from the University of Gothenburg (MD:1975; PhD:1979 with a thesis on bone graft healing), where he was Professor and Head of the Department of Biomaterials between 1986 and 2012. Prof. Tomas Albrektsson is a visiting professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at Malmö University and a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He has given more than 1,400 lectures and published scientific and clinical papers in various peer-reviewed journals around the world.
Prof. Dr. med. dent. habil. Jörg Neugebauer
Cologne, Germany
Dr. Neugebauer graduated in dentistry from the University of Heidelberg, which was followed by several years of work in the dental industry, most recently as Head of R&D Implantology. After completing further training as a specialist in oral surgery at the University of Cologne, he taught as a senior dentist at the Interdisciplinary Polyclinic for Oral Surgery and Implantology at the University of Cologne under Director Prof. Dr. Dr. J. E. Zöller. Since August 2010, he has been working in the dental clinic of Dres. Bayer, Kistler, Elbertzhagen and colleagues, Landsberg am Lech, providing further teaching and research activities for the University of Cologne. As well, Dr. Neugebauer has been a professor at Steinbeis University in Berlin since March 2021 and Transfer Institute Management of Dental and Oral Medicine Vice-President, Academy of Osseointegration in the USA. His research topics are: Reliability of Implant Therapy, Antimicrobial Photodynamic Therapy, Digital Volume Tomography, Guided Implantology and minimally invasive implant therapy, Ceramic Implants. During his career, several national and international publications have followed. He is also the editor of the atlas: Digital Volume Tomography in Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Prof. Dr. James Rutkowski, RPH, DMD, PHD
New York, USA
Dr. James Rutkowski is a pharmacist, dentist, and has a PhD in pharmacology. He has authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and textbook chapters. He is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Oral Implantology, a Diplomate/Past-President of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID), and Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). He lectures nationally and internationally on pharmacology, sedation techniques, bone grafting materials and techniques, plus methods for treating medically compromised dental patients. Prof. Rutkowski has been bestowed the Gershkoff-Goldberg Award for service to the field of Implant Dentistry and the Isiah Lew Memorial Research Award for contributions to research in the field of Implant Dentistry.
